    Vehicle Procurement

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited:

  • Aware of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features, and benefits, especially in GCC countries.
  • Having core competency to participate in the company goal to increase the current product line of the vehicle business.
  • Develop creative and innovative procurement processes sourcing the products by managing the existing suppliers and new suppliers as well for our current vehicle business.
  • Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings.
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers and select and develop new suppliers with market research and coordinate with the sales team to provide them with product availability information.
  • Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Review and negotiate existing agreements with the supplier to optimize commercial terms.
  • Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy.
  • Ensure the products are sourced in full and aligned to production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in the Vehicle inspection process and the value is derived appropriately

    Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet application
  • Well versed in Microsoft Access or similar database management software.
  • Able to represent rows of data stored in tables in different views, reports, and graphs.
  • Able to retrieve data that is requested on short notice
  • Able to create a data structure and amend the current structure if necessary to increase efficiency in entry, amendment, and retrieval of data.
  • Be fast in data entry, and utilize keyboard shortcuts to quickly enter, manipulate, and amend multiple entries on the fly.
  • Knowledge of preparing forms and orders on Adobe PDF, or similar PDF programs, and able manipulate PDFs based on requirements.
  • Enter information from PDF documents and store it in a data structure (spreadsheet or database) and vice versa, from the data structure to PDF documents.

    Business Analyst

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited:

  • Work with departments to find ways to improve workflow and processes.
  • Work with departments and understand the current SOPS, process, forms, and files.
  • Find current challenges faced by each department and come up with solutions.
  • Prepare KB articles, Standard operating process, business workflow, and business process mapping.
  • Knowledge of business consulting, working with different businesses in different industries, and helping businesses find efficiencies in operations.
  • Helping departments prepare JDs, performance appraisal, and utilization of the resources assigned.
  • Conduct risk assessment, and identify gaps that can lead to fraud, misuse of resources, and wrongful deliveries/receipt of goods and services.
